Leyland 154
Tamar Vintage Tractors - Leyland 154
This is a well-maintained Leyland 154, fitted with a cab and powered by a 4-cylinder BMC diesel engine.
Production of the Leyland 154 began in 1969 at the Bathgate factory in Scotland. At the time, it was notably smaller than many of the larger, more powerful tractors on the market, and subsequently received a somewhat lukewarm reception. However, it has recently gained popularity among collectors and smallholders for its compact size and performance.
This tractor features live hydraulics and a 540/1000 speed PTO.
It runs and drives excellently, having recently had the injectors and timing chain replaced.
While there are some rust holes in the wings, these could be easily repaired.
It comes with the current V5 registration document.
This really is a lovely looking compact tractor!
