Tamar Vintage Tractors - Massey Ferguson 148
 
These little tractors are one of my personal favourites and this one is particularly well presented. 
 
The 148 is around 4” longer than an MF135, which allows a bit more space between the seat and the steering wheel which improves the driving position. 
 
Fitted with an 8-Speed gearbox and powered by the robust Perkins 3-cylinder diesel engine, this is a lively little tractor with a good turn of speed on the road. 
 
It's been fitted with new tyres all-round, with 32” on the rear.
 
The tinwork is in excellent order throughout. It's been very well restored in recent years and the paint holds an excellent shine.
 
This tractor features power steering making it easy to manoeuvre.
 
The hydraulics and PTO are all functioning correctly, and the brakes are good.
 
We have a current V5 here for it, so it is ready to go for work or play!
