Tamar Vintage Tractors - Massey Ferguson 35X
 
Massey Ferguson launched the 35X in 1962. It was in production for two years before being replaced by the 135. The 35X was fitted with a slightly higher output engine of 44HP, increased from 37HP. They were generally fitted with a diff-lock as standard. 
 
This Massey Ferguson has spent its working life in Devon, originally starting its life on a farm near Lewdown before being utilised on a smallholding. It comes complete with an old Green Log Book and a Current V5.
 
It appears to have been restored several years ago. The paintwork has aged nicely and the tin work is in excellent order.
 
It starts instantly and runs and drives very well.
 
The hydraulics are working as they should, as does the PTO and Dual Clutch.
 
The tyres as good throughout.
 
Overall, this is an excellent example of the very desirable 35X.
