Massey Ferguson MK2 65
** NOW SOLD **
For Sale at Tamar Vintage Tractors - Massey Ferguson MK2 65
The Massey Ferguson 65 followed the success of the Massey Ferguson 35, it featured a more powerful 65HP Perkins engine and was built between 1958-1965, before being superseded by the Massey Ferguson 165.
This is a good working example of the MK2 65 with some room for improvement - it would make an excellent project.
The engine starts and runs, but there does seem to be some back pressure.
This tractor is reasonably straight in the tin work and runs and drives well.
The brakes are good and the hydraulics and working as they should.
The rear tyres are fairly well worn and are likely to need replacing at some point.
This tractor provides a perfect running restoration for someone wanting to ‘tinker’ and improve on this popular piece of farming history.
