Originally built in the USA, a number of Minneapolis Moline tractors were imported into the UK during WWII under the Lend-Lease agreement, this tractor is believed to be one of those and has subsequently spent the majority of its working life in Scotland.
 
The GTS variant was built between 1938 and 1941 and would have been the largest MM of its time with an impressive 55hp rating. Distinguishable by its red grille, this tractor is thought to be one of just 1,200 GTS models built, making this a very special find.
 
This Petrol/TVO tractor starts on the handle within a couple of swings. It was restored in the early 1990’s, undergoing a complete engine rebuild and subsequently runs and drives very well.
 
It is very well presented and has a huge presence due to its size, it would certainly stand out at a show! Based in Tavistock, Devon. Part exchanges are welcome.
