Tamar Vintage Tractors - Nuffield 10/90
In the 1960s, in pursuit of more horsepower, Nuffield re-engined several 10/60 tractors by fitting them with a BMC 6-cylinder diesel engine, boosting them to 90 horsepower. This conversion became known as the 10/90.
What we have here is a lovely example, featuring the period conversion. Since the conversion, it has been lightly used, and remains in great condition.
The conversion has been expertly done, making it look like a tractor that could have left the factory over 60 years ago. The tractor boasts a lovely patina and is complemented by oversized rear tyres.
The bodywork is in exceptional condition, free from any rust. It starts easily from cold and produces a great tone through the straight-through exhaust.
The brakes and steering are both in excellent condition, and the tractor is equipped with the original 10-speed gearbox.
It comes complete with the V5 registration document and is ready to bring a smile to your face!
